The fourth could refer to the Missouri City Council meeting that got shot up on Friday, though that wasn't really a "school" shooting. He killed five people and wounded the mayor before the cops shot him.

If college students & faculty were allowed to pack heat this shit wouldn't happen, or at least a crazed gunman would be stopped a lot faster before the casualties pile up. This is also why people get mugged on campuses so much, because the bad guys know students are defenseless.
