The gist of the videos is that the dog uses current comedian pop culture gags to try to cheer up the dog. Japanese people love gags/comedians; they come in and out of fashion over there. Since I don't recognize anything on the first vid, I'll try to explain the 2nd.

From the 2nd video:

•the ear thing was a popular tv show gag a while back where you pop a little foam ear out of your hand and you say (like the sign does) "it became big!" meaning the ear, of course. I have no idea as to the different setups for this joke.

•the doll: I have no idea but the sign says "this is me??"

•the first walk with the shoving motions is a sumo wrestler dance/practice thing

•the face in the crotch thing was that stupid "look i'm doing a handstand" setup

•I have no idea about the crotch dance, but it looks similar to dances they do with rising sun fans harrr

•the dog's name is "Panchi," a japanization of the word "punch." ConsomePanchi potato chips
