yeah, for some reason the old address was ticketreturn.solidspace.com/ncsu and now it's www.ticketreturn.com/ncsu and no one was informed of the change. Luckily someone on here called them, got the new link and posted it.

Since when are you penalized for cancelling a ticket.

For both the Wake Forest Game and Davidson game I cancelled my ticket at least a day before the game yet i was penalized. what gives??

I have only legitimately missed one game and even that one i got to the RBC center at tipoff and realized i forgot my ticket. I just said fuck it and went home. It is fucking retarted though if you miss ONE game you can no longer request to be a part of a block seating group. Thus you must sit by yourself or find a guest to go with you. Yet NCSU wonders why we have such low student attendance at the games. Except for maybe the high profile games we need to revert back to the show up at the front gates NCSU ID in hand and get a ticket.

^^ I had the same problem with my ticket to the Wake game. I canceled it in plenty of time and still got penalized. I emailed for an appeal on the 5th, but haven't heard back yet. Anybody know how long this normally takes?

the penalty system is broken, I've have been penalized for about half the games (that I attended) but I still get tickets

Appealing hardly ever gets the penalty overturned. I think it was like 5% or some other low number.

I just checked my account and I have 3 points now. Apparently my appeal was granted even though I never got an email from them confirming it.
