DANGIT. ive had this idea for awhile now, but im sure someone started this a long time ago and it was already in production when i had the idea.

i wouldnt buy it but i figured it would sell.

yeah I remember musing about this concept in the ghII thread I think.......I don't know how much I like the interface though

I doubt it will handle chords very well.

would buy this.

i took guitar lessons in middle school and never bothered finding a new teacher when i moved, been wanting to pick it back up for a while (even though i hate how college-esk that is).

Much better concept. Certainly better than 'learning' a song on Guitar Hero. With all the effort people put into that they could be learning to play for real.

i think i'll stick with ultimate-guitar.com

guess the game can do rhythm better than standard tabs though. might be nice for beginners.

i'm not a beginner and i think it would be fun. the only problem i see is plugging straight into your console with an electric guitar would be like playing sans-amp. kinda lame. anyway, i don't think i'd buy it, but it'd be cool to try out given the chance.

what is that supposed to mean?! no one over college age learns to play the guitar anymore?
