Thinking about taking a 6month to a year trip.... Already back packed through europe (well- Ireland, England,Scotland, Germany, Netherlands)Already been to both Canada and Mexico (not saying much)Spent a couple years in HawaiiPlanning a trip to Costa Rica and Central AmericaTrying to decide some other fun countries to visit- any suggestions? anyone traveled to Australia or New Zealand?

see thing with Australia is that its not super easy to have a long stay there... From what i've researched, you can obviously go vacation but to get a working visa is not as easy a task-

if you're looking to get a job, be sure to look at how easy it is to get a work visa. some are much easier than others.

Uruguay - there's not many tourists, people are friendly and laid-back, and the weather is really nice. Make sure you spend some days in Colonia de Sacramento, it is a great, quiet town on the shores of Rio Plata.Costa Rica is good too, but a lot more touristy.
