I need an Athlete study guide for the test. As well as future ones if possible. If anyone can help, shoot me a PM. Also, if anyone wants to study in a more ethical manner, you are welcome to send me a PM as well.

it's geology. go to class, get the easy grade. if you want the athlete study guide, become an athlete instead of being dumb and fat.

just go up to the case study hall and get one, by regulation they cant only offer study material to athletes, they just choose athletic study halls as places to offer them

you do not have to be an athlete to get an athletic review packet, i know because i was an athlete and I brough my friends right up there to get a packet with me

so essentially it is not unethical, and plenty other classes offer such study material, you can see on the whiteboard in the study hall

^^^ As you pointed out earlier, this is geology, not life. If someone can make it easier for me, and doesn't mind doing so, I really don't see how its any of your goddamn business.

I'll even turn the other cheek and show you how its done. Here's some help for you at no charge, http://www.lousywriter.com/language_capital_letters.php

^^ Pretty true.

Just use google and wikipedia and use the test study things he has on his website. You'd put as much effort into them (if I had to guess) as you would the athletic study guides. Good practice for learning how to research random, abstract shit too.

I just read all his previous tests. He uses the exact same questions, so I just tried to remember as many questions as possible. Easy class though

Is anybody else annoyed by the girl who sits up front (in the MWF section) that giggles at everything Kimberley says?

Those girls are always there. People that participate way too much. Just sit in the back middle and try not to doze off too hard.

The farther you are from those people the better you'll feel at the end of the day.

You can sign the sheet and leave if you want to. A lot of people do. I have another class afterwards, so I usually just stay.

haha the good ole days I remember people would get there early looking for the sheets he put out so that they could sign them and peace out with him watching every minute of it

most of the people I knew would trade weeks with one or several people (sign the other name or names on there week).

He is a really good guy and I feel bad for him.

^ Why feel bad for him? He knows most people just take the class as a requirement.

He basically gets paid by the university to babysit for that class and doesn't hardly do any work to change his class's material from semester to semester. He just goes up there and rants about stuff he likes to talk about. The interested students that he talks with sit closest to him, and he pretty much ignores the rest of the class unless you're talking. Even the attendance process sorts itself out pretty well.

I mean, if I had to teach a class in addition to doing research, and I was required to teach a lower level class, I'd be happy as hell to do what he's doing. It's easier than actually trying to explain the stuff he's teaching.

Kimberley is an interesting guy. I was in the geology department and tutored for his class for a good amount of time, and he took us out west to do geology for 6 weeks. very smart man.

I guess I'm one of the few people who really enjoyed his class. Actually got to talk to him during Summer II in 2006 about Yellowstone, Long Valley, and the Cascades. Managed to make an A- but overall if you talk to him about the right things you'll have some good conversations.

In short, I had no problems with him.
