start designing chairs bigger
2/3/2008 7:39:39 PM
They already do design chairs bigger. My church has ones that are 50% wider than my ass, and I was wondering why they had them. Then today some older women (well they're in their late 50's and rather badly overweight) sat down next to me. They were encroaching upon my space pretty bad (the chairs are side by side so they were slightly wider than these chairs). The failvolution has already begun! Also, that site should be set on fire. If you're fat you're making my health insurance more expensive. Of course I have aidsabeetus which makes the health insurance more expensive for everyone else, too. I didn't sit on my ass and eat too much for 90% of my life to get to this point though. :EAnd fat people have civil rights. In fact they're given quite a lot of courtesy considering. Special ambulances are made for the super obese, chairs are bigger, doorways are bigger. There's office chairs available for them at reasonable prices so they can sit comfortably and work in an office. There's all sorts of health related programs to help them keep their cardiovascular system healthy (or healthier than it could be) and to help them shed pounds that are going to help them breathe and function normally in every day life. It's embarrassing that some of them think this means that they're being oppressed. I'm going to start an organization like this for diabetics dedicated to pressuring people into not drinking non-diet sodas or sweet tea around me and to ban cakes from restaurants. That'll show them!
