Not trying to jack the thread, but while we're on the topic of where to find grains, can anyone tell me where to get coarse ground cornmeal? Neither HT nor Fresh market have it, only regular/plain cornmeal. I have a polenta recipe that calls for coarse ground; I tried it with regular, and it came out OK, but the texture wasn't quite right...
