Interesting...I remember hearing of a similar project a couple years ago that never got off the ground. Sounds like this would be a decent use of the big gravel lot next to UT and behind that block of Hillsborough:

I'm pretty sure it is. I think there are incentives though such that if you build on a brownfield and do the necessary cleanup, you're remibursed for the cleanup costs through some government program. Don't recall the specifics, but...
