this technique is called cell shading, if im correct. I was wonder how to turn add this effect into a short video that was shot from a standard video camera.was this video made from scratch with 3d rendering, or was a regular video converted/manipulated?I'm searching google as we speak.

it's called rotoscoping. and they use rotoshop for it. made by the guy who made waking life. look it up on imdb/wikipedia.
