crave ice cream & chocolate
will occasionally go on exercise binges (helps to work off the excess emotion, esp if im mad as well as sad)
try to immerse myself in books/movies/tv shows as a distraction
and if i'm going to cry much i try to remember to get in the shower for it (for some reason my eyes/face dont get/look as puffy if i do my boohooing with my head under the shower head)

Here is the thing... i'm about to get owned in this thread cause i'm gonna pour a lil of my real heart out.

A few months ago i came to a "shit or get off the pot" spot in a relationship and i got off the pot...


after some soul searching i'm nearly positive she's the one i want to spend the rest of my days with..
