Account Abuse Account abuse will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances. As we have limited the accounts per user to ONE, we presume that our users will value their sole account at The Wolf Web. All users must abide by the Posting Guidelines. Free accounts and Paid accounts will be treated identically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account. Account discipline will be enforced in the following manner : Offense 1 : User will recieve a warning via email. Offense 2 : User will be suspended for an indefinite timespan based on the severity of the offense. Offense 3+ : User account will be terminated unless a fine of an amount determined by the active moderator will be paid to The Wolf Web for the abuse of service. People are being suspended left and right with no warning or notice. What gives?

They tend to get their panties in a bunch and disregard the rules.

agreed, but plenty of users have gone past 3 offenses and not been terminated

i wonder how many users would have had to pay a fine if that was how things were handled - i'm sure we'd get a thread about that if we followed those guidelines as well

the list of decent moderators has now been narrowed to 2.im not counting sections that no one posts in, btw. but there are only 2 honest and fair mods on this site. the rest are corrupted either by power and/or their friendstrust me on this one i was a mod for a while (and i didnt even consider myself a decent mod)
1/21/2008 2:17:23 PM
so who are these magic mods and why aren't THEY running tww instead?
1/21/2008 2:39:26 PM
We should have a mod election. That way people can vote on who they want as mods for each section. Sure there could be favoritism, but hey people may buy aliases and boost site revenue.I would just like the standards upheld, and the posted rules to be followed.
1/23/2008 2:27:24 PM
don't bother with any legitimate concerns. they'll just tell you to shut the fuck up and completely disregard anything and everything you have to say.

I know the rules are never follow, but why shouldn't they be?I did not create a thread in Sports Talk, I wasn't even online. My account was not used to make a thread, as I am the only one who knows how to log on to it.I seriously doubt it was hacked. This is why I am pissed that I am getting no response from anybody, and making it an issue. There was no reason.
