i looked and couldn't find any info on this

can anything be done with the service port on the TV?

and is there some sort of service menu accessible on the OSD?

I've been emailing a tech there back and forth who is incredible... he has helped me fine tune the settings on the 47'' by playing with a set they have there... he has helpe me callibrate the RGB settings for optimal color (on the set THEY have of course...) and the advanced settings. Really did notice the colors pop a lot better afterwards.

I've been curious to know what you can do with that port too. I have the 37" model and have always wondered what kind of hidden menus lie buried in there somewhere.
