I fucking hated that man. He was such a cocksucker and a prick. I did very well in his class, but he's still a douche.

I remember on one quiz he incorrectly graded one of the problems, and I went to talk to him about it. He agreed that he made a mistake, but the fucker refused to change my grade. In the end after battling with him, I had to go above his head to make things right.

Yea he's a smart guy and you learn a lot, but he really needs to pull that giant stick out of his ass.

^ you must be talking about someone else. Dr. Bilbro is the best ECE teacher ever. Besides knowing his stuff hes also understanding to student concerns toward how tough the materials are. I took two classes w/ him and I personally recommend him to anyone !!

No, it was the same Bilbro that everyone loves and adores, which is one of the reasons I decided to take 403. I dunno, it's like he was intentionally trying to make my life a living hell even though he knew and admitted that he was incorrect!

Something must've gotten some sand in his vagina. The only time I ever interacted with the guy was when I went to his office hours to question his grading of that quiz problem.
