Their aluminum plates are very UV-resistant and they have a fast turnaround - I ordered mine Monday and got it Thursday. Submit photos or design anything and make it into an image file. $30 including shipping. I've had one for several months and it shows no signs of fading or rust, and got another one this week (a near-copy of the government's "welcome to north carolina" plate I made in photoshop). Just trying to swing some business their way, they do good work.

^^^^The one in the DMV office is a lot different: much darker green, different typeface and different arrangement of the words. The one I made is damn near identical except it doesn't say "state owned". I reflectorized it today for better effect.
