Holy shit, I feel so sorry for those two.

Adoption agencies need to disclose much more info than they currently do to prevent shit like this from happenning

I think the question on a lot of people's mind here is "Is the sister hot?"

^ yes

and i wonder what i'd do in that situation...i mean, you share genes, so what? i definitely wouldn't have kids with her, but would it upset me enough to try to stop loving her and end the relationship? i don't have a sister, so i can't even imagine, but i think a lot of that brother/sister bond is developed through growing up, not completely through genetic material...take that out of the picture and she's just a woman who you love

*shrug*

Hmmm.. That is weird... I wonder if they both knew they were adopted? Also c'mon they both have the same Birthday and both knew they didn't know who their biological parents were. You need to check that shiznit out first!!!

^ no argument here...or, rather, i may have one, but i don't know

it's pretty much the same case for these two, though, isn't it? i suppose they could have grown up with brothers and sisters, but if they were only children, that whole brother/sister thing is just a concept to them, not an understanding or feeling...so what difference would it make?

exactly what I was thinking. If a guy I was interested in had the exact same birthdate as me and neither of us knew our real parents...I'd figure that out beforehand and make sure of it, DNA tests or something.

yeah! thats what makes this one worse than the thread topic article! And they willingly had children together, knowing this, so the kids are not completely normal and they think it is okay.

this type of thing is actually fairly common among twins that are raised in different households, and is akin to (conversely of course) the way adopted children who grow-up together are not typically attracted to one another. and i understand that it's a social taboo, but once you're already married what the hell is the point of breaking up?
