I am starting back on a pushup/ curl routine. I did 2 sets of 20 then one set of about 35 (as many as I could do). I decided to do one more set and began to feel a shock/twitch type feeling in my right forearm with each pushup so I stopped. Is this just from the muscles being completely drained or something else?I havent worked out (besides basketball/ tennis) in about 6-9 months.

happens to me sometimes, i think it might just be a nerve ending shifting over one of your muscles or tendons as blood tightens the muscles up, nothing to be worried about. usually goes away eventuallythough maybe it's aids, i dunno

due to not working out, using muscles you havent used will give that sensation of parts of your body feeling "asleep".

Might be from your tendons swelling up and pushing your muscles apart from the tendons/bones.wooo tendonitis
