1/10/2008 10:32:58 PM

1/10/2008 10:37:15 PM
30 days is not nearly enough. Just because you feel guilty shouldn't make the punishment a cakewake.
1/10/2008 10:38:50 PM
theres this dude that goes around the country talkin to student athletes about drinking responsiblyhe killed four of his friends because he took the keys during a vacation to FLA....being the "least drunk" and drivign like an idioti think its part of his sentence, but its real talk he shows pictures of the bodies of his friends in the trees and shit[Edited on January 10, 2008 at 10:44 PM. Reason : xzxx]
1/10/2008 10:39:22 PM
The thread doesn't say anything about it, or it might just be my noobness I guess.

i dont think the passengers drunkeness has anythign to do with the drivers act of taking the wheel regardless
1/10/2008 10:45:37 PM
still could have stopped them... no one force her into the car... she still could have got a cab on her own now if she had killed someone OUTSIDE her car... send her away!!Matter of fact em should have tried to convince her friend not to drive for other people's safety.]
1/10/2008 10:48:19 PM
^hell, he knew them and agrees with me
1/10/2008 10:50:05 PM
meh maybebut i dont trust that a drunk person would make the best assessment of the situationbut theres no law against riding drunk, it wouldnt take much persuading to convince a drunk passenger that you are not drunk when you are drunk as shitshe knew she was too drunk to take the wheel....its all just bravado man people think theyre invincible[Edited on January 10, 2008 at 10:52 PM. 1/10/2008 10:51:24 PM
wait... what's a cakewake?
1/10/2008 10:51:54 PM
Sumfoo is right
1/10/2008 10:52:26 PM
A lot of drunk drivers get talked into driving by the other they're with cause no one really thinks they'll get hurt they just don't want to get arrested. I almost think riding with a drunk driver should be illegal sort of like being an accomplice to murder... It will make it easier to just say nahh we'll get a cab home if everyone is facing arrest if they get pulled over. And it will stop people getting talked into driving home drunk.[Edited on January 10, 2008 at 11:00 PM. Reason : .]
1/10/2008 10:59:01 PM
^ truethere have been countless times where my friends / associates see me with a beer in my hand....then ask me to drive someplace because I'm the least fucked up
1/10/2008 11:01:19 PM
its stupid yea, but i dont feel like a passenger should be criminally liable unless they directly force an intoxicated party to drive them..by that i mean the passenger is somehow proven to have the such a mindset as "oh well ill let her drive so that I dont get sent to jail if we get caught" or somethin like thati just dont feel thats right[Edited on January 10, 2008 at 11:02 PM. Reason : or civily][Edited on January 10, 2008 at 11:05 PM. Reason : vera knocked him out]
1/10/2008 11:02:23 PM
today at the pharmacy this cracked out woman came up to the drive-thru with a Sparks in the cupholder of her car
1/10/2008 11:04:37 PM
So a red light camera designed to "prevent fatalities"...killed someone? If the camera weighs enough to crush someone don't you think they should put that shit on a bigger post?
1/10/2008 11:09:28 PM
yes i do. i also think that whomever owns that camera (most are privately owned) should be sued... mostly because i hate them.
1/10/2008 11:12:16 PM
Drunk driving sentences are a joke. How about this punishment?Permanent License Revocation. Permanent. Forever. That's right. If you kill someone because you were a dumbass, you don't get to drive again ever.I am serious about this.
1/10/2008 11:18:26 PM
^for real
1/10/2008 11:18:58 PM
Might as well kill them People like you don't seem to understand the effects of doing something that irrational. Now.. since they can't drive they can't hold a job, go on welfare and we all have to pay for them because your dumbass stood on a soap box and whined.
1/10/2008 11:21:09 PM
First offense: permanently revoke licenseSecond Offense: Your car gets crushed with you in it
1/10/2008 11:21:35 PM
retards.
1/10/2008 11:23:04 PM
^^
1/10/2008 11:23:28 PM
^^^^since when does you not being able to drive mean you cant get a jobits hard for people with DUIs to get a job anyway, thats a shit argument[Edited on January 10, 2008 at 11:25 PM. Reason : dd]

DRIVING IS A PRIVILEGE NOT A RIGHT.WE SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT, BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN GET 25253 DWIS AND FUCKING KILL SOMEONE WHILE DRIVING YET STILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE.HOW CAN YOU DEFEND THAT?
