Got the DXLCD32 for Christmas. Works great, actually much better than expected, with one problem. The audio out to my receiver is almost completely silent. I have to max the receiver to barely hear any sound. It's not the speakers/receiver, all is tested with other sources. Anyone have any suggestions? Trying to call support right now... which will probably be a while

it's probably "off"

have you checked all of the menus to see if there's an option to turn on the line out?
