Ive got a 2bed/2bath at Rhynes Gate. I have been looking for a roommate for a little while now. I have just been holding out hoping to meet someone normal but I have not had much luck so far. Also, a few people have fallen through.

Rent is 450 and that includes water, parking, trash, wireless and cable internet, cable tv and the washer and dryer in the apartment. The only additional cost is electric (split 50/50)

The place is located across from the McKimmon Center. Around the Western and Gorman intersection. It is basically behind the Wendys on Western.

Very nice place. Furnished except for the empty bedroom. Pets are not allowed -- some small things like rabbits or guinea pigs are allowed I think.

Im a 23 year old, male, graduate student. I would prefer someone at NCSU and someone who does not smoke.

the internet is alright. its not the best for downloading but its fine if its just a couple songs.

by normal i mean they dont have any serious personal issues. preferably speaks english.
