lat pulldowns...how about ring pullups/chins, regular pullups/chins, weighted pullups/chins, FUCK even negative pullups or assisted are better than that garbageand cable rows??how about T-Bar rows, BO Rows, Deadlifts, etc. freeweights FTW, EVERYTIME

you didn't answer my question. you never use the lat pulldown? never do cable crossovers? never do the low rows with cables? I mean, it's fine if you don't, but I don't see how those could be considered "pussy" exercisesBTW, I use 80% free weights, but the cables are a great way to switch things up.
