Papa Lou's use to be busy back when I was in college, but the couple of times that I've been there since graduating that place has been dead. I use to enjoy their hot dogs and onion straws.

idk i could care less...maybe the next big fad restuarant will go there and do well...its not like its walking distance or a staple of food culture here...hardees on avent ferry closing would be a big deal...not this shit...go into hardees one morning and check the old people that prolly go there daily

I liked it until they started charging for extras on hot dogs like chili and onions. w-t-f. They generally had good sweet tea though which was a plus. My girlfriend also liked how they gave both celery and carrots with their meals.
