yeah like i said i thought it might be the mouthpieces and i can definitely see how having something in your mouth could create a need to spit.

alot of players dip, so spitting is natural

plus the shear physical exertion of the sport makes you salivate more (especially when you do a good job of keeping yourself hydrated)

mostly because when you are playing, your saliva gets all thick (due to dehydration) and if you try to swallow it you choke on the shit, so you just spit it out instead.

but i doubt most players do it for that, it ends up being just a habit.

i'd LOVE to see that surface again. but the only chance of it showing up again is if dustin choe still has a copy. i remember we met kiker at carter finley (he and dustin were friends i think) and the plan was to have kiker miss the important kick and have dustin step in and make it, or something like that (remember how much everyone hated kiker back then??? haha)

i thought kiker was pretty damn impressive by the way. he was out there knocking em out over and over from 40-45 yards and we ended up moving the tee thing way up (like extra point) when we were trying. for some reason dustin decided not to use that part, but we did release a video of me kicking on here. no idea if the original still exists, but i hope so. i know GiZZ or someone had a copy of my drunken "SBP campaign video" so maybe it will turn up
