what a fucking tool. Bastard bought an open-box item for his daughter cause it was cheaper than getting a "new" one and then complained to Wal-mart about it "violating its own policies..." Someone needs to call his ass out on it and tell him to quit being a stingy bastard

Bravo for him. He purchased the product in good faith from a trusted retailer. The content certainly was not appropriate for his 10 year old daughter, and just exchanging it for another unit would not compensate for his daughter seeing the pornographic images and music.
