Haha... I think the third word in your sentence explains the crazy mood swings more than the switching bc pills...

When my gf switched she broke out a little bit but had no real mood swings...

ewww yea it can def cause some unwanted physical changes. so i'm guessing mood changes could occur too.

^^ that is what i was thinking. i've switched bc and noticed physical changes but...having mood swings kinda goes with being a girl so i don't know how you'd detect such changes
