Harris Teeter frozen foods. Pop in the microwave and done.

But if you do go there you might as well just get the beef and make them from scratch anyways in bulk. Then it's tacos all day long.

i know you already got your tacos. were the HT tacos good? this thread just reminded me of some really yummy mini tacos i got at trader joes. they come frozen and i THINK you can microwave but they are really yummy toasted in either the regular oven or the toaster oven. we used them for a party BUT they'd make a really good snack/meal. especially because one box would do a single person multiple snack times
