Since you didn't specify a location, I'll suggest my two favorites in Cary. I like La Therapie - http://www.ltdayspa.com/The staff is really nice and they don't rush you at all, so you can spend as much time in the sauna/spiffy shower room/lounge as you want. I also like Borja in downtown Cary - http://www.borjadayspa.com/ If you get on the mailing list it sends you e-mails with last-minute discounts every week, and it has some pretty good packages:The Borja - Begin your full day of pure well being and relaxation with a Lavender Manicure and Borja Pedicure which includes a foot softening mask, foot and leg massage. Then head to the sunroom and enjoy a healthy, light lunch while surrounded with the aroma of fresh flowers. Next a massage therapist will escort you to your room where you will receive a Full Hour Swedish Massage that will focus on relieving stress and tension within the body. A European Deep Pore Cleansing Facial is next on the list. Your Skin Care Professional will cater this facial to your preference and skin type, as always an arm and hand treatment is included. ($240) 4 hours 30minSpa Sampler - Have a little taste of all the favorite spa services; 30 minute Back Massage, On The Go Facial, Manicure and Pedicure. ($144) 2 hours 30 minI'm not sure about the other amenities Borja offers, though, like sauna and all that stuff. They were treating me to a massage, so I didn't want to overstay my free welcome. La Therapie has a similar package that's a little more but seems better as well since it's an hour longer:REFRESHROSEMARY MUSCLE MELT MASSAGEYour body is lightly brushed before you relax while warmed massage oils are smoothed over the body combining the power of aromatherapy with massage techniques from all over the world. This treatment also includes a facial cleansing massage.PEDIKURTired feet are revitalized with warm Hungarian Mud mask and feet are wrapped, sealing in the purifying properties of the mud. Following a foot bath, the toenails are shaped, cuticles trimmed and calluses removed. Feet and legs are massaged with therapeutic cream, leaving your feet refreshed and invigorated.MANIKURThis treatment begins with a warm Hungarian Mud hand wrap. After the removal of the mud your nails are soaked, shaped and cuticles trimmed. A rich lotion is applied to renew softness of your hands, followed by a polish application.Take Home Spa Kit 3 1/2 hours $195

I fucking LOVE generations salon which has all sorts of spa things. I love their manicure and pedicures, and I'm dying to try their Rosemary Mint Awakening Wrap but I can't really justify it right now
