i can guarantee that reciting some minimum wage call center workers badge # will accomplish absolutely nothing. In terms of tracking down with whom the problem occured.

Because yet again, there's ~$70 in data usage charges that shouldn't be there, even though I have called TWICE now about this issue, and I'm assured each time that the unlimited data package has been reinstated on my account.

Seeing as how I'm calling the not-so-secret, but supposedly really helpful number, having a record of these calls is going to be a big help.

if you're on a BlackBerry and you type 'L' 'T' (dont need to capitalize) it inserts the timestamp
