I just got diagnosed with one (or more?) today. my doctor precribed me Nexium. anyone have any experience with them or know how long to expect for recovery?

too much stress, not eating right. just fix not eating right and you'll be ok. takes a couple months. 4 max

eww i tried a lot of medicines. i can't remember the one i took that worked. but it wasn't nexium. it was something really random. but after i found the right one it got better. until this semester when i got stressed out again

I had ulcers off and on for years, with some pretty severe acid reflux.Gluten free low fat diet has cured me, but at least try the low fat, sugar, caffeine, preservative thing. Yeah, that makes up 99.5% of the average college student's diet but the new diet will help with weight and energy as well.

Zantac is old schooland folks who went to school for this know that PPIs are the way to go nownexium is a PPI proton pump inhibitor, blocks some of the acid productionand this folks is why i ranted in here: message_topic.aspx?topic=500103[Edited on December 21, 2007 at 5:46 AM.
