you probably have kidney stones. I had them and they made my stomach hurt like nothing i'd ever felt before, it was also the longest period of time my stomach had ever hurt constantly. pissing it out wasn't that bad.

it's not like, constant pain

it rumbles every 30 seconds or so and makes a noise and then goes away

A stomach virus is going around. Two kids in playgroup have had it, then the kid I watch had it, and now his mother has it. It's about 12-18 hours of yuck.
