I'm assuming you mean the actual one, not just a primary... so...Obama, Paul, or McCain... who I vote for seriously depends upon the result of the primaries. I haven't given thought to the scenario you propose.

ClintonObama is still 23pts down nationally, basically same as a month agoIf you think about who will beat Rudy, Clinton has the best shot, Obama will be creamed and Edwards, poor Edwards, is stuck in a rut for 3rd no mater how angry he gets.[Edited on December 19, 2007 at 11:15 AM. Reason : w]

^^^^looking at national polls is pretty pointless with the way our primary system is set up. right now clinton, obama and edwards are neck and neck in iowa. and clinton has lost her substantial lead in NH. SC is a dead heat between clinton and obama. if clinton gets third in IA or doesn't win NH, you better believe those national numbers will change in a hurry to reflect that.
1/1/2008 5:05:38 PM
I dont think so, how many times has the winner of Iowa ended up with the nomination here recently? Even NH? They are less and less important, Super Tuesday will decide this and Hillary has the advantage no mater what happens in Iowa or NH...they are the first, but they havent picked the winner(at least Iowa hasnt) in awhile. I dont think what Iowa or NH does will affect anything much.Obama is the Edwards of 2004...[Edited on January 1, 2008 at 6:48 PM. Reason : w]

this whole pakistan thing makes me wonder...i heard the guy that is the opposition leader is kinda more conservative and friends with the taliban...i think i'd rather have pervez in charge than an open taliban supporter...seems repubs want pervez to stay and dems kinda want democracy which to them basically means he gives up some power or something...and the guy is the guy pervez ousted in the coup like 10 years ago...whole situation seems so freaking wierd
