I have used Things Remembered at Cary Towne Center for a few things. No problems. They will engrave things you bring in.

I second Things Remembered (Cary Towne). I had my parent's anniversary plate and my fiancee's cufflinks done there.

Very professional.

Also, there's a Things Remembered at Crabtree but I wouldn't bother with them, it's just a kiosk. Cary Towne Center is a full store.
