Actually, the first time I heard it, I didn't hear it. What was said that the only good thing that ever came out of Chapel Hill was 40East to Raleigh. And it was at Graduation in the Fall of 1999.

40east doesn't have to go through chapel hill, 40west does. wait, i guess they both have to, and theyre close at least....and im gonna say, i heard it first at 2:35 TWW time, wednesday december 13th. ive heard the 40 east part, not the CHA Hill Rd. (that i live off of) (in raleigh)
