I roll around with a cheap .38 snub everywhere. Most of the time it is left in the car (like now).

I'm a bit older now (26) so you won't catch me walking around places where one might get assaulted by 15 ngrs. If so, then I've got the .38 in my waistband.


Around here I've had a problem with the pussy liberals and laws getting a CCW permit. So I just carry with no permit. Fuck it. If 15 ngrs are going to assault me, I can get 5 rounds downrange with the .38.

You see Son, the Rat is an old cat now. When he gets pulled over he treats the Law Enforcement Officer with all of the respect he can garner. He deserves it, because he is dealing with the filthy animals all day.

When he pulls the Ratover for going 81 in a 55 this is what happens:


"License, Registration and Insurance Sir"


"Of course sir, here you are. You totally got me going 81 in that 55. That is my fault".

Now when I hand over my papers, my F.O.P. card is visible on my lap. I don't hand it to him. He sees the F.O.P. stickers on my windshield.


"OK Rat, sit tight I'll be back"


So I sit in the car. He runs the name and license info through the computer and comes back with a clean record and minimal driving infractions. After about 4-5 minutes he returns with either:

ticket


The ticket is always set at such a speed as to not harm my driving record, and only 1 out of the last 3 times I was pulled over in the last 8 years has resulted in a ticket. The last ticket was 81 in a 55 and the fine was $85.
