Who do I contact with questions about this? I would like to take a few courses at NCSU to help my GPA before I apply to graduate school.

If you've already been awarded a degree, you can't pad your GPA. Your GPA became fixed when you were conferred your degree. Any new classes you take will be assigned a new GPA falling under a lifelong education curriculum.

But graduate schools and professional schools calculate your GPA based on all classes you've ever taken (regardless of what your university status is). I know this to be true from my own experience. So when classes are taken through lifelong to improve one's GPA (A very common thing to do I might add) the grad/professional school will examine both transcripts and calculate your GPA based on all of your coursework inclusive of each "status" (undergrad and post-bacc in your case.)

yup.

my wife is taking grad classes as "non-matriculated" (ie "lifelong ed") status in the Med school in order to strengthen her application

its a common tactic.

Yes, yes. I know the page. However, who do I contact? There isn't a graduate degree head for the direction I'm going. I'm looking for someone in R&R to contact with questions about this.
