^^ yeah, the pick guard would be on the top instead of the bottom. but I could even string it for you backwards to make it a left handed guitar, and if you think it wouldn't work then I got 2 words for ya...

You'll need a reshaped saddle at the least and I'd have a luthier once-over it to make sure it doesn't have shaped notches in the bridge or nut.

^ you are right, the saddle would be backwards...ive actually built my own electric guitar, which has an adjustable bridge and have a best friend who is a luthier. The intonation would be off, but then again, we arent talking about a 500 dollar guitar here.
