Hi, my roommate is leaving to study abroad next semester so I am looking for a female roommate to take over her lease. The room could be availible as early as the end of finals. The place is right off Avent Ferry 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Rent is around $400-425/ month, but varies a little based on the electric bill.
