Yes I have the receipt and everything that goes with it. The package has not been opened. Again as a response to the blatantly obvious responses if I do not get retail or over I will return it to the store, I was just seeing what happens here. It is posted on Craigs List also. I know there is a pretty large demand for these and I actually got the only one in a 50 mile radius last week when I purchased, or at least that is what the guys at EBgames said.
