^^actually this is for business purposes primarily, it can actually be very usefullyou could have a vitual building where many different presentations are going on, or you can have distance eduction where people could feel like they are in the same class

You do realize that the business side of Second Life has been all but solidified as an absolute failure, right? Pretty much every single company that has dumped (wasted) money setting anything up on there has reaped almost no return on their investment.

plus, although you can buy linden dollars, good luck getting them converted backas a pr exercise, it has limited value, and i don't think it has any value otherwise
