what i did:

got an estimate for car repair from like 5 places, gave the 3 most expensive estimates to the guy who hit me, he gives me a personal check to cover teh damage. i take my car to the least expensive of the 5 places, pay with the money from his personal check, pocket what's left over.

luckily my injuries were minimal but the fuckstick left the scene. he allowed me to copy down his drivers license info and insurance info before "having to go"



who knows what ended up happening to him after i did the police report. probably nothing.

I don't think my insurance is going to have to pay much of anything (initially yes, but they'll do their damnedest to recoup every bit from drunkos insurance company). I suspect that her insurance will be shelling out for everything. I tell you what man, this woman was something straight off of cops. Total white trash all the way. From what the cop told me this was not her first DUI.
