on chapel hill rd. in between trinity and maynard.

just a heads up, went through there about 1 am. still had beer on my breath from the whopping three that I had tonight and had to go through the whole goddamn test in the cold I will never not take a jacket to work again XD

I did after a point when I guess the general shaking due to being in a short sleeve shirt made them still question my sobriety. I was then free to leave after the breathalyzer.

they arent supposed to tell you what you blow on field breathalyzers because they arent accurate.

its just a tool for them to have probable cause to arrest you on suspicion and take you to the station for a "real" breathalyzer

I have always thought if you were really that drunk they should be able to tell by following you driving.

Your experience further proves that DWI checkpoints are a 4th amendment violation.

1) blew a .03, probably because I basically JUST had the last beer say, ten minutes before. This is not something I told them.

2) The whole thing took about ten minutes? Which was irritating in that it seemed to just keep going and going and going, of course when there's beer on your breath and you keep passing all the "tests" no problem I'm sure you frustrate some cop that thinks he's got a dui on a clueless college kid XD
