Well, regardless of her propensity to engage in unprotected sex at an early age, this is kind of bad. She was on notice that the house was foreclosed, but on the other hand, she is most likely poor and wouldn't have been able to understand all the legal mumbo jumbo in the letters she was recieving.Maybe she's a gremlin and someone dumped water on her and then fed her after midnight. I mean it makes sense if you think about it. Say you are a slum lord with a dozen or more rental properties and you are facing financial collapse. There is not much of an incentive for the slum lord to do the right thing and use that rent he is collecting to make payments on the house he has already realized he is losing.
