By minor is this someone under the age of 18 or someone under the legal drinking age. If the later this is absolutely ridiculous. The current "War on Underaged Drinking" has to be one of the biggest waste of taxpayers money allowing police to use Gestapo techniques to harass the young adults (18-20 yrs old) over an issue that by itself has a minimal negative impact on society. THIS makes me very very happy. First off, I knew a bunch of kids in high school who were serial shoplifters. They kept getting really lenient punishments because it was "just shoplifting" but never mind that they were worthless pieces of shit who really needed to get thrown in jail.
Then, after working at a book store and watching serial shoplifters that we couldn't do anything really about because of the way the laws are worded, and now they're going to get punished worse. VERY happy making.
