the way i understood it from this morning was that he was prohibited from being in establishments that promoted or ran cash games. this included casinos, horse tracks, and in some cases gas stations b/c of the lottery. thus making gambling a probation violation

maybe they think he'll get tempted and freak out and try to rob the casino or bingo barn. better safe than sorry? beats me

maybe he admitted to a gambling habit that cuased him so much debt he started robbing banks


im sure the judge had a reason.
