The house is in Deep Forest Trail, off of Lineberry and Trailwood. Rent for me is 340/ month plus utilities. Util ~50-90$ (depends on how cold you want it during the summer) but includes digital cable and internet (time warner)

My lease ends the end of December due to graduation, and if you are interested please pm me, and I will get you into contact with the Landlord. Landlord is good with 6month and 1 year committments. So place is available 1-01-2008.

About the other 3 roomates, 2 are computer people (always in their rooms playing video games) the 3rd person is hardly ever there

Never any parties, never loud, and generally a very quiet environment.
