What if....
Someone is getting a blood transfusion and the nurse and dr leave the room to go have sex, then that person gets just enough energy to get out of bed yank out the IV and kill the guy in the bed next to him, and during the process your blood gets splattered on the dead guy.

So then the murderer jumps back in bed and he's a dr himself and he puts the IV back in correctly and continues with the transfusion.

Then when the nurse and dr come back in the room they discover the dead guy. And the guy getting the transfusion is also a really good actor and he is able to act like he's still in shock from a strange man coming into the room and killing this poor man.

So what if the transfusion guy also has insider information and knows someone who knows that it's your blood that you're getting and they tell your discription so then the guy can give your discription for the type of person that killed the poor guy.

So then you just happen to work for a company that takes DNA samples just in case, and they collect your DNA off the dead body. Also since the hospital that you're in doesn't have enough money to buy cameras they can't prove that you didin't go into the hospital and you were at home alone that night and not posting online there is no way to prove that you weren't in the hospital.

So you're sitting at home alone again one night and you hear a knock at your door, and you're in no mood for guests so you ignore it, then next thing you know 20 cops are busting down your door and you're being arrested for murder.

Then you go to court and you're found guilty because of the DNA evidence and they give you the death penalty.....


all because you donated blood.

The needle for blood donation isn't that big.

Look at the one they use to take bone marrow biopsies.

this thread has been done before, similar scenario, and it was "proved" impossible or at least highly unlikely. may be hard to find that thread though.

I'm o postitive....that's why I'm scared, cause it's the universal donor and they'd probably grab my bag off the shelf first and they'd find me guilty of murder!
