I have a bedroom for sublease in a 4bedroom/4bath apartment really close to campus. Wolfline stop very close by. The 3 other roommates are very quiet, never party, never drink. The rent is $310 plus 1/4 utilities (normally $50-$60). We currently have basic cable and wireless internet along with the water and power. The apartment does have a washer and dryer and all the normal amenities that come with a college apartment. The only reason I want out of my lease is because I'm graduating and don't want to be restricted to getting a job in Raleigh. PM me for more details.
