i.e. boob touch = significant negative response. i doubt it has the cognition to determine good touch / bad touch. if i walk up to a girl i've never met before and put my hand on her (anywhere) 9 times out of 10 i'll get a negative response. that same action may result in a significant positive reaction from someone i know.

i remember a video where guys walked along the street and straight up licked girls (face, arm, whatever) and didn't really get a bad response usually, only one girl actually slapped them. Girls seemed to go along with it like damn bubble heads.
