Hey Guys,One of my roommates got a job and he's moving out of town at the end of the year, I'm looking to get another roommate to take his spot when he leaves, which will start Jan 01 2008.I live in a 3BR/2.5BA house off of Edwards Mill Road, just about 0.5mi from Crabtree Mall and <5mi from NCSU. There's a great deck, nice outdoor grill, hot tub, big screen HDTV with cable +HBO package, wireless internet, and free long distance telephone for your entertainment. You'll get your own bedroom, shared bathroom.I'm a grad student, my other roommate is an undergrad,(2 guys) we're both extremely chill and pretty low key. This is a very quiet neighborhood, good for hanging out, relaxing, or having friends over.Rent is $450/mo + 1/3 share of utilities, which includes electric/gas/water&trash/cable-phone-internet/hot tub supplies&careIf you want to mow the lawn i'll throw $25 off your rent each month. If you have any questions, please let me know, thxill post a pic here in a secDave327-4905dharney@ncsu.edu[Edited on November 26, 2007 at 10:40 AM. i've heard people say that before.I've gone through the timing myself. It's 4.5 miles from my house to the Dan Allen Parking Deck and takes usually 10-11 minutes on average (i've made it in less than 8 on quiet days). There's no major traffic flow in that direction, that's why it's so quick. My gf lives off of Avent Ferry on Athens Drive. It's maybe a mile closer to campus and 2 minutes quicker, plus there's more traffic flow that can slow you down, so I don't think it's that much further out, it's just in a different direction than most college students go.This house would probably best suit somebody who's a bit older, >21 and wants to still have a good party life but maybe in a quieter area for those heavy homework days. But anybody who lives here is going to love it. There's a hot tub here, who wouldn't like that? Not to mention all the bamboo surrounding this place. It's like living in the woods but being 2 minutes from the mall. Perfect location.

there are so many rooms for rent and so few renters, it seemsbumpthis place is definitely worth at least checking out if you are planning on moving/need a place to live. Everybody who visits always comment on how much they love it, all the bamboo around the property, etc.
