Because I don't think everyone realizes how nasty some of the food is that they eat every day.

I'm looking for a recipe online for a dank ass casserole and I just found one that included CHEEZ WHIZ as an ingredient! DONT EAT CHEEZ WHIZ it'll make you shoot blanks.

Anyway, here are some more foods that DJ Lauren doesn't suggest you consume:
-prepacked kraft singles
-splenda
-string cheese
-cheetos
-doritos

If you are fat and don't know why- don't eat these foods. Just cut them out of your diet. Who else has bad foods to add to the list?

...and for the record, I am so happy that I don't have a black ass.

-canned soup, specially the soup that keeps the shape of the container when you pour it in the pot.

i agree with all that list pretty much...although the kraft singles are very much more convenient than a grocery deli that operates at less convenient hours and doesnt stay usable as long

Horizon makes good-for-you string cheese (made with organic milk)

other than that, I agree with the list

I'd like to add:
- Oreos
- "Naturally Fresh" brand dressings (lots of MSG)
- Stouffers frozen lasagna

yeah, splenda is going to be proven to cause birth defects, folks, seriously...

and dnl:

"less convenient hours and doesnt stay usable as long"

the cheese in those packs stays "usable" longer because they have so many preservatives in them. Some preservatives can be good- like the ones to help wood last longer....but you don't really want to consume too many of them...unless you like eating formaldehyde.

...which nobody really should

2) > 95% of food made by

KRAFT
KELLOGG'S
CONAGRA
NESTLE
GENERAL MILLS
PEPSICO
COCA COLA
CAMPBELL'S

(and those companies basically make 95% of the world's packaged food... i hope one day that will disappear off the face of the earth)

What I love are all the hippies that live near me bitching about these foods and how they are gonna give us all cancer. They shop at whole foods three times a week, eating bean curd and tempeh for dinner every night. Meanwhile, nearly everyone of them sucks down about 40 unfiltered cigs everyday.

Fucking idiots.

If you are going to use an artificial sweetener, Splenda is the best one out there that has been FDA tested and approved. It's the only one that I have been told is safe for me to use while pregnant.
